Church Farm Ardeley is a not-for-profit social enterprise creating real environmental and social impact through sustainable farming, education and Rural Care. We work with businesses who want their ESG commitments to translate into meaningful, local action. By partnering with us, your organisation can align its ESG strategy with tangible, local impact, delivering measurable environmental progress while making a meaningful investment in the community.
Our structured corporate volunteering days provide hands-on, high-impact experiences that support both your ESG objectives and your people strategy. We have the facilities and event organisation expertise to cater for any group size from 10 - 500+ people. Activities can include:
- Habitat creation and biodiversity projects
- Sustainable food growing and regenerative farming
- Infrastructure improvement and land management
- Supporting our Rural Care social care programme for adults and children with additional needs and learning disabilities
- Education and “Field to Fork” initiatives
- Long-term sustainability projects
These days are practical, purposeful and professionally delivered — designed to create genuine environmental and social value while strengthening team cohesion. Providing innovative events and volunteering days to your team can have a great impact on staff morale, satisfaction and employee engagement. They improve your visibility, help with recruitment, skills development and retention. Physical tasks encourage motivation, team building and give people a huge sense of achievement.

Watch Mischief PR's CSR day film above or our From Field to Fork event video for examples of team building and CSR events you can host with us here at Church Farm Ardeley or, our sister site, Aldenham Country Park.
