Church Farm is a mixed, high welfare farm, producing the widest range of meat, fruit and vegetables. We bake our own bread, and serve fresh food from the farm at the Farm Store, Farm Cafe and Jolly Waggoner Pub. We are open everyday. You can Order food online by 12pm for free same day delivery and choose meat and veg for the week with a weekly farm food box delivered free to your door.

The farm is free to visit, parking is free and you can walk the farm, help feed the animals and enjoy a free woodland play area. We welcome group functions, weddings & parties, events & meetings, clubs and societies, cyclists, families, campers, walkers and dogs! The farm is a place for real food & farming, wildlife, education and care, and more...

To all you fabulous people who helped make our wedding day totally AWESOME! We had the best time ever and really appreciated all the hard work (and dancing) that you all did. Enjoy the summer on the best farm ever!

The cabin break was just what we wanted. We needed to squeeze in a totally relaxing but very short break over half term. We took the 700 bus from Hitchin to Cottered, had a beautiful walk mostly off road to the farm and bought our provisions entirely in the Farm shop.  As always the food - especially your meat - was utterly delicious. We treated ourselves to two meals in the Jolly Waggoners.

Just wanted to say a big Thank You for looking after us all yesterday.  It was lovely to hear lots of positive feedback from the families, and I think the pots were a great success – certainly there was plenty of paint splashed about!The parents were interested in the Rural Care project, and several said how nice it was to visit a ‘real’ farm.... There is already talk about doing something similar next year.....!
